1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of New Zealand or Australia and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Radix Nutrition and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on 01 September 2023 at 12:00 AM NZDT and is drawn at the end of each calender month. Entries a reset each month.
3. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants complete one of the following steps:
a. Tag @radixnutrition in a feed post or story post Instagram or Facebook, sharing your protein powder sample experience. Each tagged post equals one entry. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or contain inappropriate content will be disqualified. Ensure that your Instagram account is set to public during the giveaway period, so we can verify your entry and contact you.
b. Leave a verified review for a Radix Product on Review.io. As a verified viewer, your review is linked to your radix account info, so we can contact you via email.
4. Prize
The prize consists of a $250 Radix Nutrition Voucher (NZD). The winner will be sent the voucher via email, it will be valid for 12months.
5. Winner Selection
One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The draw will be conducted within seven days of the giveaway's end date. The winner will be notified through a direct message on Instagram and must respond within seven days of receiving the notification, or via email. If the selected winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be chosen.
6. Verification
To claim the prize, the winner must provide proof of residency in either New Zealand or Australia, such as a valid government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Publicity
By participating in the giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Radix Nutrition to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes, without any further compensation.
8. Privacy
Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with any third parties, except as required by law.
9. General Conditions
Radix Nutrition reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Radix Nutrition also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the giveaway, participants release Radix Nutrition from any liability arising out of or related to the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
11. Governing Law
The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand or Australia, depending on the winner's country of residence.
