1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By participating in Radix Nutrition's Club Affiliate Program (the "Program"), you are agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions").
2. Eligibility
This Program is open to all sports club's in New Zealand and Australia. Radix Nutrition reserves the right to disapprove and remove clubs from the program.
3. Commission Rate
The commission rate for the Program is set at 15% of the total purchase value of eligible products.
4. Activation of Donation
The commission donation is activated by the club member entering their respective club code into the discount code field at checkout when purchasing eligible products from Radix Nutrition's online store.
5. Tracking and Payment
The use of the club code allows tracking of the purchase to the appropriate club for the commission donation. Commission donations will be calculated and distributed to the respective clubs via Shopify Collabs. Payments are automatically made on a fortnightly basis from this platform and require each club to add their bank account details to the platform to active.
6. Club Code Usage
The club code is non-transferrable and is intended for use only by the club members, family and friends. The code should be distributed publicly on club owned platforms. It can not be distributed on third-party platforms.
7. Product Eligibility
Only the 1kg bags and single serve sachets of protein powder and recovery smoothie powder products are eligible for the Program. Any other products purchased do not contribute to the commission donation.
8. Changes to Program
Radix Nutrition reserves the right to alter or discontinue the Program at any time, for any reason, without notice. Radix Nutrition also reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.
9. Liability
Radix Nutrition shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Program, even if Radix Nutrition has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Radix Nutrition is based.
By participating in the Program, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to all of the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, you should not participate in the Program.
