These ingredients have been carefully selected because of the nutrients they provide but are only present in small amounts that don’t impact flavour.

For example, seaweed contains many antioxidants in the form of Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin E, Vitamin K and Potassium; as well as, Iodine, a hard to attain mineral that’s vital for the health and function of the thyroid.

The RNA Nutrient Index Score represents the value provided towards optimising metabolic function. It can be used to compare how nutritious any food products are. For example, with RNA, we objectively know we have designed a breakfast in version 9.0 that is 25% more nutritious than version 8.0.

The index score is calculated based on its contribution to a 2000 kcal diet - a realistic intake for the average person. This allows for a direct comparison of products, but because of this, the RNA index score for an Ultra breakfast is lower than an Original breakfast (it’s 800kcal as opposed to 400kcal); however, the person meant to consume an Ultra meal requires a higher energy diet, hence the discrepancy.
